Accessing CLMS

Please remember we only have access to prior years. If you need access to current years Information you will need to ask your State Secretary or possible a DD

Go to Elks.org
In the main menu, go to “Our Programs” and select “Drug Awareness”
Go to “Members Only” then to “Downloads”
Sign-in if necessary
Go to scroll down to “Reports”, then click on “Charitable Drill Down”
Select your State. Then click on the “Select Year” bottom
If you what to review the most current past year all you need to do is scroll down to “1801 Drug Awareness Program - Drug Awareness Program”. This will give you the most current past years' information. Notes:
- These numbers do not reflect any Drug Awareness activities your Districts have done at the District level.
- These numbers do not reflect any Drug Awareness activities your State done at the State level.
To see how each of your Districts did for the most current past year, click on “1801 Drug Awareness Program - Drug Awareness Program”
This will bring up the Districts in your State
To see what Lodges in that District reported something in “1801 Drug Awareness Program - Drug Awareness Program” for the most current past year, click on a District. Notes:
- This is the lowest level you can go down. You cannot see the individual activities the Lodge entered.
- If a Lodge is not listed it means that they did not enter anything into “1801 Drug Awareness Program - Drug Awareness Program” for the most current past year.
To see prior years, select the year from the pull-down list. Then click on the “Select Year” bottom
Then redo previous steps for other dates if you wish.
