Agenda – Saturday June 28th
7:30 AM
- Training room is open for all Chairs. Please be prompt – Seats will be assigned, so please look for your State.
- Introduce yourself to anyone you do not recognize. This will be your seat for the next two days.
- Your spouse or guests are welcome to attend the training, but they will need to sit in the back.
- After the training ends for the day, the doors will be locked and your stuff should be safe, however please don’t leave valuables like your lap-top overnight…during the day it will be okay.
7:45 AM
- All Chairs be seated – Prayer & Pledge of Allegiance, followed by Roll Call.
- Please answer present when your State is called. Housekeeping announcements.
8:00 AM
- Introduction of Directors & Areas of Responsibility – This program is a shared responsibility for us and for you!
- We will review everyone’s contact information and make any necessary corrections.
8:15 AM
- Information and Sharing of Information – Quarterly Reports- Results of your work as we know it.
- If you do not tell us…we don’t know it. CLMS/Charitable Trust Reports – Do you know what this is? Can you access it?
8:30 AM
- Web Sites – We have many. Let’s get comfortable navigating them-Very Important – Training Website

- Break – Please be back in your seats in 15 minutes
