The 2026 DAP Convention will be held in Chicago, IL during the Grand Lodge Convention. Detailed agenda and training schedule coming soon.

Elks Drug Awareness Commission Annual Training

The DAP Annual Training brings together State Chairs from across the country for two days of education, networking, and program updates. This is an essential event for all DAP Chairpersons.

Who Should Attend

  • Lodge Chairs interested in state-level involvement
  • Spouses and guests are welcome to attend training sessions

Travel Reimbursement

Reimbursement Policy

One State Chairperson per state is eligible for reimbursement of hotel, travel, and stipend. National Directors are also covered.

The following expenses are reimbursed for eligible attendees:

  • Hotel accommodations during the convention
  • Travel expenses (transportation to/from convention)
  • Stipend for meals and incidentals

Important: Only one State Chairperson per state qualifies for reimbursement. If you have questions about eligibility or the reimbursement process, contact your National Director.

Assistant State Chairs, Lodge Chairs, and guests are welcome to attend but are responsible for their own expenses.
