Elroy Costume Grant Program
Section titled “Elroy Costume Grant Program”The National DAP offers a matching grant program to help State Associations purchase an Elroy Elk mascot costume. Elroy is the official mascot of the Elks Drug Awareness Program and is a powerful tool for engaging children and families at community events.
Grant Details

The State Association must contribute $1,000 towards the purchase price. The National DAP covers the remaining cost of the costume.
Application Process

- Receive confirmation or denial of your grant application based on availability and timing
- Upon approval, follow the instructions in the confirmation email to submit your matching check of $1,000
- Your Elroy costume will be shipped once the check is received from the State Association
Rent-a-Elroy Program
Section titled “Rent-a-Elroy Program”Need an Elroy for a short-term event? Kincaid Karacter offers a convenient rental program:
