Champion Award

The Elks Drug Awareness Program (DAP) Champion Award recognizes outstanding contributions and unwavering dedication to the promotion of drug prevention and awareness within our communities. This award is designed to honor individuals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment and effort in supporting the mission of the Elks DAP.

Award Description

The Champion Award certificate features the Elks DAP logo and the following inscription:

In recognition of your outstanding contributions and unwavering dedication to the promotion of drug prevention and awareness in our community.

Versions of the Award

There are two versions of the Champion Award certificate available:

1. Bordered Version:

   • This version includes a decorative border and is suitable for printing on regular or premium paper.

2. Non-Bordered Version:

   • This version has no border and can be printed on regular or premium paper with a decorative border.

Both versions are fillable PDFs, allowing State Chairpersons to personalize the certificates before printing.

How to Download and Present the Award

State Chairpersons can download the Champion Award certificate from the Elks DAP resources page. Here are the steps to download and present the award:

1. Download the Certificate:

   • Download the Champion Award Certificate with Border
   • Download the Champion Award Certificate without Border

2. Personalize the Certificate:

   • Open the downloaded template using Adobe Acrobat Reader or another PDF reader.
   • Fill in the recipient's name and the date of the award presentation.

3. Print the Certificate:

   • Choose either regular or premium paper for printing.
   • Print the personalized certificate. If using the non-bordered version, consider using paper with a decorative border.

4. Enhance the Certificate:

   • Add a gold embossed sticker or a wax seal to the certificate to enhance its appearance and authenticity.

5. Present the Award:

   • Present the certificate to the recipient during an appropriate event or ceremony.
   • Express appreciation for their significant contributions to drug awareness and prevention.
