The Elks Drug Awareness Program (DAP) Champion Award recognizes outstanding contributions and unwavering dedication to the promotion of drug prevention and awareness within our communities. Versions of the Award

There are two versions of the Champion Award certificate available:

    • This version includes a decorative border and is suitable for printing on regular or premium paper.
  2. Non-Bordered Version:

    • This version has no border and can be printed on regular or premium paper with a decorative border.
